Job Overview

Scott Electric is seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Electrician to join our Field Operations team. This full-time, hands-on role involves performing expert-level electrical work in both residential and commercial environments, including troubleshooting, installations, and repairs. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Install wiring, conduits, electrical panels, lighting systems, and related components
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in residential and commercial systems
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure compliance and safety
• Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to execute projects accurately
• Ensure adherence to all applicable local, state, and national electrical codes
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver seamless solutions
• Maintain documentation for work performed and system updates
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every job site
• Operate safely using all required PPE and best practices
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical experience preferred
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Journeyman electrician license (preferred, not required)
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints and using testing equipment
• Knowledge of safety standards and electrical codes
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Team player with excellent work ethic and communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Work Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled
