We are seeking a motivated Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with production leadership and engineers to assemble, charge, and test advanced thermal products. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and clean processed manufactured parts.
- Execute all stages of production, including fluid processing, testing, final assembly, and shipping.
- Operate testing equipment such as data acquisition systems, multimeters, power supplies, and chillers.
- Collaborate with engineers and managers to provide updates on task progress and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Support the creation and maintenance of documented procedures.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections on in-process and final hardware to meet production schedules and specifications.
- Promote and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Participate in inspections, audits, and resolution of non-conformities.
- Perform basic electrical wiring, instrumentation, and controls for various systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Able to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math comprehension.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
