This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with organizational goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and close projects related to enterprise system implementations and migrations.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans using Monday.com, including timelines, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure project success.
- Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, updates, and communications with executive sponsors and functional leaders.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, and user adoption strategies.
- Oversee testing, training, go-live activities, and post-launch support phases.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company policies, timelines, and budget constraints.
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology or system implementation.
- Proven experience managing projects involving ATS, HRIS, ERP, CRM, or PIMS platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Monday.com for project tracking, dashboards, and collaboration.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent).
- Experience in the veterinary, healthcare, or related industries.
- Background in business analysis or technical implementation support.
