What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Ensure financial goals, occupancy, and retention targets are met
- Supervise and develop on-site staff
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and compliance with all regulations
- Your leadership will ensure the property runs efficiently and maintains a polished, professional image. Your experience and high standards will directly impact resident satisfaction, team performance, and asset value.
- 5–8+ years of property management experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property operations best practices
- Certifications: CPM, CAPS, CAM or other relevant industry certifications preferred but not required.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with property management software (i.e. Real Page, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar).
