Technical Content & Training Specialist
Remarcable
Date: 9 hours ago
City: Omaha, NE
Contract type: Full time

Benefits:
Remarcable is seeking a Technical Content & Training Specialist to lead the rebuild of our online Help Center and develop clear, engaging training materials for both clients and internal staff. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping how users—on job sites, in offices, and across teams—learn, understand, and successfully use our SaaS platform.
This is a hands-on content and training role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, operations, and user experience. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, product managers, support teams, and leadership to turn complex workflows into easy-to-follow guides, videos, and other learning resources
Who You Are
You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and love simplifying complexity. You learn new tools quickly, are comfortable managing multiple projects, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Whether it’s documenting a process, designing a user guide, or supporting a training program, you bring clarity, structure, and a user-first mindset. You're often the go-to person when teammates need help navigating technical tools.
What You’ll Do
Remarcable is a cloud-based platform helping electrical contractors and distributors streamline purchasing and tool management. With dual-functionality applications and direct integrations into contractor accounting systems, our platform enhances communication, simplifies workflows, and brings visibility to every stage of the procurement process.
