Compensation Package:
- Base salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000, depending on experience
- Generous bonus performance and milestone-based bonus program, with potential for $210,000 to $230,000 in total OTE

The Role – Sales Director
As Sales Director, you will lead a seasoned but scaling residential sales team through performance-focused leadership, hands-on coaching, and structured accountability. This role demands a strong balance between strategic vision and day-to-day mentorship and engagement, particularly in a door-to-door sales setting. You’ll be directly responsible for training and developing Sales Managers and Reps, elevating skillsets, reinforcing high standards, and driving team morale.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of new hires, retaining top performers, and ensuring operational efficiency. Your contributions will also influence executive strategy and support the ongoing development of the company’s sales playbook. The ideal candidate thrives in both the field and the boardroom—equally effective at closing performance gaps on the ground and shaping strategic discussions at the leadership level.

Sales Director Responsibilities
- Oversee 20–60 sales reps, including multiple Sales Managers, across residential territories
- Train new reps via in-person and on-the-job sessions covering sales pitch, CRM usage, objection handling, and 30-60-90 day ramp-up milestones
- Lead weekly structured sales meetings with clear agendas and data-backed reviews
- Conduct weekly 1:1s with Sales Managers to reinforce accountability and coaching objectives
- Use sales data to identify underperformance, training gaps, and areas for immediate action
- Contribute to strategic planning and sales goal forecasting in collaboration with ownership
- Support and retain top sales talent with structured incentives and recognition programs
- Participate in the hiring and development of Sales Managers, ensuring consistency in management practices
- Travel locally to shadow reps in the field and model effective sales strategies
- Monitor and enforce rep and manager performance via CRM, reports, and real-time coaching
About You
You are a proven sales leader with direct experience managing field-based sales teams, ideally in door-to-door environments. You thrive on performance, accountability, and clarity. You’re structured in your leadership but adaptable to real-world changes in field sales. You’ve coached Sales Managers, built onboarding and performance programs, and have a knack for identifying top performers and cultivating a culture that keeps them. You don’t just manage—you lead from the front.
You bring:
- A history of driving revenue by structuring high-performance sales teams
- Operational discipline and clear systems for coaching, meetings, and accountability
- Executive-level communication skills and tactical decision-making abilities
- Hands-on leadership—not just theoreticals, but real time coaching and mentoring in the field
