Description

We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Photographer and Videographer to join our team. You will be responsible for shooting high-quality videos and photography that will help bring attention to Saraya USA’s brands: Lakanto, Happy Elephant, and Arau Baby. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational abilities, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative/art directors, stylists, and account managers to contribute to the development of shoots.
• Capture compelling photography and video content that aligns with the creative vision and brand identity across all platforms.
• Oversee all phases of content creation, including pre-production planning, on-set execution, and post-production editing, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain consistency in visual storytelling and brand standards across campaigns.
• Negotiate rates and book crew members, such as directors, DP's, still life stylists, locations, studios, caterers, and production assistants.
• Coordinate sample availability and ensure photography standards are maintained on set.
• Coordinate and secure travel, insurance, permits, and other logistical needs for local and remote shoots.
• Generate accurate shoot estimates, considering all production-related expenses.
• Manage on-set production, working closely with freelance production support.
• Negotiate usage fees with agents for archival imagery and footage.
• Reconcile all shoot-related billing and expenses, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and budget management skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, efficiently managing time and priorities.
• Foster collaboration and form partnerships across cross-functional teams, including Photo Studio, Creative, Merchandising, and Marketing.
• Take initiative and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
• Thrive in a high-pressure environment, delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines.
• Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and ensure timely delivery of final assets to stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on emerging photography and video trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate creative output.
• Perform basic lighting setups and troubleshoot equipment issues on the fly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and equipment, fostering a safe, efficient, and professional working environment for all team members and collaborators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in multimedia production, photography, film, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia projects.
• Proficiency in shooting photography and video, with a solid understanding of techniques, equipment, and post-production software.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Collaborative team player with strong partnership-building skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Motion graphic experience is a strong plus.
