- The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
- Meets competencies related to self-leadership, team leadership, and organizational leadership.
- Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—for assigned patients, addressing their psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
- Administers medications and treatments following protocols, monitors effects, and documents patient information accurately.
- Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of related nursing experience (preferred), and current RN and BLS licenses.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS are required within designated timeframes; new hires must complete onboarding and competency validation.
- Work schedule is from 7AM to 7PM, part-time position with no more than 950 characters.
