Remote React Frontend Engineer | WFH

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer with a passion for crafting pixel-perfect, high-performance web applications. As a key member of our progressive design and development team, you will engage in collaborative efforts with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver innovative web solutions to a diverse clientele. This position is structured as a three-month contract under a 1099 arrangement, with the potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and examine high-quality code for web applications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to conceive and implement new features.
• Integrate third-party libraries and services, including RevenueCat, Ably, and OneSignal.
• Investigate emerging technologies and share valuable insights with the team to enhance processes.
  
  

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience with contemporary JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.
• Demonstrated capability in developing web applications, especially those utilized by the public.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure productivity and maintain client satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
• A proactive approach that aligns with tackling challenges and pursuing continuous improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in a development agency setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with advanced React tools such as Next.js or Gatsby is a plus.
• Knowledge of CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Styled Components is beneficial.
• Proficiency in REST or GraphQL APIs is desirable.
• Experience with tools like LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, Ably, or RevenueCat is an advantage.
