What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Regional Director of Operations, you will oversee the operations of our senior living communities your assigned region.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Must possess proven multi-site Regional Director experience in senior living settings
  • Excellent knowledge of human resource development and management, business development, business accounting, budget processes, and nursing operations
  • Must be able and willing to travel
  • Must possess extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory compliance standards and clinical practices within the senior living industry
  • Ability and willingness to travel; must also be ready to travel unexpectedly as needed
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
