Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across all departments including marketing, operations, sales, design, and fulfillment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and bring strong networking skills, a deep understanding of the talent market, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to define hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

• Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, job boards, and social media.

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from posting jobs and reviewing applications to scheduling interviews and closing offers.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Represent Ettika’s brand in a positive, compelling way to candidates and industry professionals.

• Maintain organized candidate records in our ATS and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Coordinate reference checks, background screening, and onboarding steps.

• Stay informed on recruiting trends, competitor hiring practices, and best-in-class sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or consumer goods.

• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

• High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.

• Passion for fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle brands is a plus.
