Receptionist/Admin Assistant

We are seeking a motivated, energetic individual to join our General Contracting firm. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office. Responsibilities include general reception duties such as answering phones, greeting guests, and relaying messages. You will also develop and maintain filing systems, print and assemble documents or binders for ongoing projects, and track subcontractor and supplier compliance requirements. Additional duties include assisting with public relations efforts, coordinating with project teams as needed, and maintaining a clean, organized office environment. Strong communication and time management skills are essential. Prior administrative experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
