The Nurse practices independently in a similar clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while focusing on long-term goals. They demonstrate awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations and delegate tasks appropriately.

Responsibilities include meeting competency expectations, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, and addressing the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. They administer medications, monitor treatment effects, document care, and educate patients and families.

Requirements include a preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing, at least one year of related experience, BLS certification, and an active RN license in the state or via compact. This is a full-time position.
