Infinite Home Solutions, California’s #1 RoofMaxx dealer and full-service roofing contractor, is looking for a full-time Appointment Setter & Phone Sales Rep to join our in-office team in Fresno. You’ll be the first voice our customers hear—and the reason they book appointments, approve quotes, and keep our team busy every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer and make calls to homeowners who need roofing inspections, quotes, or service
• Book appointments for sales reps and service techs based on geography, urgency, and route efficiency
• Follow up on warm leads and quotes to help customers move forward
• Record short customer videos breaking down quotes/invoices as part of the sales process
• Use our CRM (aLeap) to stay organized and maintain full visibility on jobs and customer interactions
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, friendly phone presence at all times
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in home services, dispatch, or phone sales is a must
• Must be comfortable closing smaller jobs over the phone

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Strong working knowledge of Central Valley geography (Fresno, Madera, Tulare, etc.)
• Comfortable using a CRM and basic office software
• Full-time availability, in our Fresno office only (this is not a remote or virtual position)
• Coachable, energetic, and ready to help homeowners every day
