Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assemble aerospace components using drill press, rivet press, torque wrench, and various other hand tools
  • Perform assembly processes such as riveting, bonding, torquing, sealing, etc.
  • Document manufacturing transactions on job paperwork and in ERP system
  • Support teammates by inspecting completed operations
  • Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of area
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to work with your hands on intricate details for an entire shift
  • Aerospace assembly experience a plus
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications a plus
  • Willingness to support training needs of new employees

Wage Range

The pay range for this role considers several factors, including but not limited to required experience, skill level, prior training, education, and other business needs.

  • Frequent use of hands and fingers to reach, manipulate, handle, and hold material
  • Frequent use of vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and spatial relationship
  • Frequent use of hearing ability to receive detailed information through oral communication
  • Frequent use of speaking ability to express or exchange ideas, communicate detailed information, or convey instructions
  • Frequent lifting of 5 or 10 pounds, with occasional lifting to 35 pounds
  • Consistent exposure to manufacturing shop floor, requiring use of Safety Glasses
  • Consistent exposure to excess noise levels, necessitating the use of Hearing Protection
