Position Summary
Monitors and analyzes data to support marketing strategies for the executive jets division. Collaborates with CRM, Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing Promotion teams to standardize data collection, management and reporting in order to support sales funnel growth. This role also supports the Marketing team with various administrative tasks related to SAP, promotional material inventory management, etc. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset with minimum supervision required.

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM data, develop and maintain reporting to support marketing strategies, plans, and objectives.
- Assist with day-to-day administration of the Qualtrics platform and its integrations.
- Support survey setup, data flows, and dashboard maintenance for customer experience programs.
- Generate and share key insights and reports to help improve customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience Manager to ensure smooth operations and actionable results.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, Product Strategy, Market Intelligence and Sales Engineering teams to generate insights from data analysis to support sales funnel growth.
- Monitor, analyze and propose improvements to sales funnel management and integration of marketing and business development efforts
- Support multiple projects at the same time, while meeting aggressive deadlines.
- Coordinate the development of target lists to support marketing & sales campaigns
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Updates job knowledge by researching and benchmarking; aviation industry and new Marketing and CRM technologies
- Support CRM team with data cleaning and management
- Support events team with promotional material inventory and logistics management
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing, CRM or Sales
- Experience in data analysis required
- Knowledge of and experience with business aviation preferred
- Salesforce.com or other CRM software experience preferred
- Market Segmentation, Marketing Research, Reporting Research Results, Understanding the Customer, Process Improvement, Initiative, Planning, CRM database skills.
- Adequate understanding of marketing & sales strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience with data analysis and insights generation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively deliver on deliverables
- Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking and acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines.
- Detail oriented and highly organized professional with project management skills
- Self-starter with positive entrepreneurial attitude
- Team player able to listen to team’s needs, collaborate and deliver on objectives
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- This role is 100% office-based
- Availability to work overtime as needed
