POSITION SUMMARY
To be fully engaged in providing No Harm / Quality, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by
ensuring the availability of a full range of high-quality, accurate cardiovascular examinations, as well
as participating in the cost-effective management of the Holmes Regional Medical Center Cardiac

Primary Accountabilities
- Works with leadership, medical director(s) and staff to coordinate and ensures unit
practice, and organization policies and procedures.
- Manages the interventional labs, including students by ensuring that staff are providing
- Responsible for education, orientation, and continuous quality improvement for all staff.
- Manage daily staffing and on-call needs. Assists or provides support as needed and in
- Coordinates evaluation and implementation of new equipment and ordering of unit supplies

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree OR, conditional and time limited waiver for Bachelor’s Degree

- Licensure:
- Current Florida RN license or
- Registered Cardio invasive Specialist or
- Registered Radiological Technologist
- Certification:
- Must hold and maintain current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider
- Must hold and maintain current American Heart Association ACLS Healthcare Provider
- Work Experience:
- Two years acute care clinical experience
- Meets all qualifications required in RN/RCIS/RT or R-RT job description as applicable
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with EMR/EHR documentation
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful environment
