- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to make hiring decisions.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution between employees and managers.
- Promote a culture of open communication and trust within the organization.
- Implement performance appraisal processes and tools.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and improvement plans.
- Identify training and development needs to support employee growth and career advancement.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations regarding employment practices.
- Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance and mitigate risks.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Collaborate with finance to manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to compensation and benefits.
- 2+ years of experience in HR management roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in BambooHR/Paylocity systems and MS Office Suite.
