We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Maintenance Staff to help keep our beautiful facility running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with our Maintenance Manager to maintain the buildings, grounds, and amenities that make our club a welcoming place for members and guests. Compensation: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of club facilities, including buildings, pools, tennis courts, landscaping, and utilities.
  • Support seasonal opening and closing procedures for the club and its facilities.
  • Assist with maintaining irrigation systems, grounds, and outdoor spaces
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues efficiently.
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and power tools.
  • Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe and effective workspace.
  • Provide excellent service to club members by addressing maintenance concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, landscaping, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings, to support club operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
  • Work performed both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to respond to maintenance emergencies and be on call as needed.
