• 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in eCommerce
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer service platforms (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar) is a plus
• Experience with Shopify or eCommerce platforms preferred
• Positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, during peak seasons

Your Mission Will Be To

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat
• Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services
• Resolve customer concerns, including order issues, shipping delays, and damaged items
• Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
• Document all customer interactions in our support platform - Zendesk
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets
• Identify and communicate common customer issues and feedback to the team
• Support seasonal peaks, promotions, and product launches with high-volume service coverage
