  • You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and can work independently without needing step-by-step instructions.
  • You're comfortable handling billing-related questions and using platforms like Freshdesk, Zendesk, or HelpScout.
  • You can provide support across weekdays and weekends during 8 AM – 5 PM PST.
  • Bonus points if you’re into horoscopes, astrology, or all things mystic—no expert knowledge required, just curiosity and vibe!

  • Provide email-based support, responding to customer inquiries and concerns via Freshdesk or similar tools.
  • Handle Tier 1 billing-related and light technical support questions.
  • Perform app review moderation, filtering out inappropriate content.
  • Tackle back-office tasks and light admin work when ticket volume is low.
  • Deliver customer support that feels personal, thoughtful, and on-brand.

  • Comfortable navigating payment-related platforms
