- You have 2+ years of experience in customer support, ideally with an e-commerce or marketplace background.
- You're a strong writer with excellent written English and a friendly, clear tone.
- You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and can work independently without needing step-by-step instructions.
- You're comfortable handling billing-related questions and using platforms like Freshdesk, Zendesk, or HelpScout.
- You can provide support across weekdays and weekends during 8 AM – 5 PM PST.
- Bonus points if you’re into horoscopes, astrology, or all things mystic—no expert knowledge required, just curiosity and vibe!
- Provide email-based support, responding to customer inquiries and concerns via Freshdesk or similar tools.
- Handle Tier 1 billing-related and light technical support questions.
- Perform app review moderation, filtering out inappropriate content.
- Tackle back-office tasks and light admin work when ticket volume is low.
- Deliver customer support that feels personal, thoughtful, and on-brand.
- Ticketing systems: Freshdesk, Zendesk, or HelpScout
- Comfortable navigating payment-related platforms
- Strong written communication and a keen eye for detail
