Job Overview

Cousins Plumbing is seeking a driven and experienced Foreman for our Commercial Division to help lead our expansion across Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties-and beyond. We're looking for a professional who can interpret blueprints, ensure code compliance, and work collaboratively with tradesmen and laborers to exceed job expectations. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with deep plumbing knowledge, a strong work ethic, and the ability to inspire teams to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. As a Foreman, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial plumbing operations while maintaining the high standards our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise commercial plumbing projects from planning to completion across multiple sites.
• Lead and coordinate teams of skilled and unskilled laborers, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Enforce site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all local codes and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors.
• Adjust priorities quickly in response to evolving business needs and project demands.
• Deliver regular job updates, manage schedules, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Train, mentor, and discipline crew members as needed in a constructive, professional manner.
• Ensure all work represents Cousins Plumbing's commitment to integrity, timeliness, and excellence.
• Ability to operate heavy duty equipment is a plus!
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to read blue prints and schematics to consult on bids for different levels of projects (residential and commercial).
• Strong working knowledge of both residential as well as commercial plumbing codes in the state of Florida.
• Proven leadership ability with both skilled and unskilled tradespeople.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Plumbing license is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
