Full Stack Developer

Full time - Remote

About The Role

We're looking for an Full Stack Developer to join our team with availability from 9am-5pm EST. You will mainly be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining scalable code for our email marketing platform. You'll collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and strategy teams to build email campaigns and troubleshoot API and eCommerce tech stack issues as they arise.

What We're Looking For

• Must be a native English speaker located in North America, UK or Canada.
• Experience with project management tool ClickUp is highly preferred
• Experience in digital marketing, email marketing or eCommerce.
• Detail oriented - There are many moving parts to everything we do, and we need you to have attention to detail.
• Commitment to Excellence - A passion for maintaining high standards in copywriting and overall quality, with a strong attention to detail.
• Adaptability & Innovation - Comfort with change and the ability to think outside the box, innovate, and refine systems for better efficiency and results.
• Ambitious self-starter- We’ll provide you with the training you’ll need, but it’s important to be an autonomous problem solver too. Be curious and hungry to learn. Have grit.
• Great communicator- As a remote team, we rely on clear communication to stay on track and do our best work.
• Great at time management - You’ll need a well-balanced sense of urgency. We base our success on providing results fast for our clients, so we need you to be able to keep up with the pace.
  
  

Must-haves Skills And Experience

• Bachelors in Computer Science or Software Engineer
• 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Backend developer
• Front and Back-end web development experience.
• Cross platform optimisation and API Development
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence are essential for this role.
• Experience in an email marketing agency is a big plus.
• Comfortable with Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Calendar etc.)
• Comfortable using Klaviyo
• Experience with Slack for effective team communication.
