Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as first point-of-contact for the general public, greeting and registering guests and visitors.
- Answer phone, return email inquiries, retrieve and distribute daily mail.
- Using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, provide accounts payable support
- Monitor office supply inventory and notify Purchasing when stock needs to be replenished.
- Facilitate scheduling of and set up for meeting rooms, as necessary.
- Manage ordering of food and beverages for meetings as requested, as well as breakdown and clean up.
- Additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent certification required.
- One or more years of office experience with computer and data entry skills required.
- Familiarity with accounts payable and basic accounting skills highly desirable.
- Excellent in-person attendance.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Frequent use of hands and fingers to reach, manipulate, handle, and hold material
- Frequent use of vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and spatial relationship
- Frequent use of hearing ability to receive detailed information through oral communication
- Frequent use of speaking ability to express or exchange ideas, communicate detailed information, or convey instruction
- Frequent lifting of 5 or 10 pounds, with occasional lifting to 35 pounds
- Occasional exposure to manufacturing shop floor, requiring use of Safety Glasses
- Infrequent exposure to excess noise levels, necessitating the use of Hearing Protection
