Join this local institution in the role of Executive Assistant to one of the top-ranking company executives. Your day-to-day will be very hands-on in association with the company Board meeting logistics and documentation with a high-level of confidentiality. You’ll also handle calendar management, schedule appointments, ensure technology runs smoothly for meetings, and serve as the primary liaison for your executive.
They are looking for someone who has an exquisite attention to detail, excellent communication and time management skills, and a strong capacity to proactively solve problems. If you’re used to being the “glue” of your organization, we’d love to hear from you!
This fully on-site role moves between two separate locations, depending on the executive’s needs.

- Board governance experience and understanding
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office and tech savvy
