This role involves providing community-based mental health and co-occurring services with a focus on individuals with mental health and substance use conditions.
- Work under supervision to develop personalized treatment plans, deliver individual and group therapy, and perform case management.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintain detailed clinical documentation, and represent the organization in community meetings.
- Qualifications include a master's degree in counseling or social sciences, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and licensure as a mental health professional per WAC 246-341.
- Strong clinical skills, good communication, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
