Your experience in revenue optimization will be key to making sure every location is as profitable as possible.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health insurance, 401K with competitive match, and a generous PTO package
  • Car Allowance: Up to $500/month

Requirements

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Lead the daily operations of multiple locations with energy and passion, ensuring the highest standards in service, quality, and compliance. Your positive attitude and hands-on approach will set the tone for your team.
  • Revenue Optimization: Take full control of budgets, P&L, and cost management for each location. Your financial acumen will drive profitability and ensure each Wingstop location is running as efficiently as possible.
  • Developmental Mindset: Your priority is people development – you’ll focus on building, mentoring, and training your team to exceed expectations. You’ll foster an environment of continuous learning where everyone is empowered to achieve their goals.
