As Closed Loop evolves and expands our full-funnel digital capabilities, we are seeking a seasoned Digital Social Advertising Manager to join our growing and innovative team.
You’ll act as a strategic partner to clients, developing deep knowledge of their business goals while leading campaign execution across vendor and social platforms. Key responsibilities include partner relationship management, campaign strategy and performance analysis, rate negotiation, ad operations, meeting creative needs, and providing meticulous budget oversight. Additionally, you’ll manage paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit, using data-driven insights to drive results.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for staying ahead of digital advertising trends.

You Will
- Strong relationships with vendors
- Flawless execution of campaigns
- Proactive and clear communication
- Negotiation of rates with all vendors
- Strategy discussions with the client
- Reporting and analysis of performance by partner
- Managing client and vendor expectations around timelines
- Budget distribution across partners based on performance
- Ad Operations and billing reconciliation
- Facilitation of any creative needed for execution
- Manage display & paid social campaigns across multiple platforms when needed
- Proactively monitor account performance, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and implement changes
- Identify advanced advertising strategies that will keep your clients ahead of the competition and sell those strategies to your clients.
- Participate in client meetings and provide communications for your assigned ad channels.
- Research and keep abreast of trends in digital advertising.
- Be a well-integrated member of the team. Participate in team meetings, be active on Slack, etc.
- Ensure that the procedures in Closed Loop’s Information Security Policy are personally followed and that all company and client data personally accessed is properly secured.
- 3 or more years of experience designing and managing paid advertising campaigns to specific ROI goals B2B experience and/or agency experience is a big plus.
- 1+ year managing lead generation partners
- Hands-on experience with multiple social advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
- Experience managing ALL facets of digital advertising campaigns.
- Experience making compelling pitches/presentations to key decision makers,
- Experience leading meetings and proactively managing client/stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with data analysis, visualization, and presentation.
- Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Strong project management and communication skills.
