Under the supervision of the Servicing Manager, the Customer Service Specialist role will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer inquiries and resolve concerns regarding Goodleap’s consumer finance and mortgage products through incoming phone calls and email.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Prepare and send payoff quotes to customers
- Respond to incoming customer emails within target timelines
- Research and resolve complicated customer account issues
- Customer service skills required
- Must be able to adapt to quickly learning new systems
- Excellent computer skills
- Positive attitude and ability to deal with clients at all stages of the process
- Provide solutions for all clients and educate them on our products
- Previous mortgage or consumer finance experience preferred
