Job Description
One of our Banking Financial services clients is looking to add an additional Power BI/Data Analyst II to their team. This specific team is responsible for managing all digital workplace operations for internal employees across the organization, globally. This individual will be responsible for supporting the asset management side by gathering, reporting, analyzing, and converting all data/insights. The main initiative that this team is working towards is transferring all the data gathered from their systems from a manual Excel format into Power BI. By the end of 2023, the goal is to have all data and insights running on Power BI after all existing data is converted. The team is looking for someone who is incredibly analytical within data strategy, understands Power BI from beginning to end -- conversion from Excel to Power BI, understands data health, and is able to infer solutions based on the created reporting.

Skills And Requirements
4-5+ years of professional experience with Power BI - Creating Dashboards and Visualizations
This experience needs to be specific to the full embodiment of the journey (building the reporting to end users consuming the reporting)
Advanced proficiency in converting data into useful insights for leadership and other stakeholders
Highly analytical and detail-oriented
This individual needs to be able to recognize the health of data that is being collected and converted Financial Services industry experience
Experience with ServiceNow and Data Fields that flow into it and asset management
Trained others on Power BI
Led data strategy in previous positions
How can we better integrate our hardware and software to increase health of data null
