Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with an exceptional service experience. As an integral part of our business, you will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across various platforms, including phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
• Manage and respond to customer communications through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot customer issues effectively and efficiently, providing timely resolutions.
• Educate customers on product features, services, and policies to enhance their experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues when necessary.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clear and professional interaction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to challenges.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices; proficiency with office software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
