Position: Marketing Assistant
Job Description:A Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in implementing strategies, conducting research, and coordinating campaigns to strengthen a company's market presence. This role is key in maintaining smooth operations in marketing tasks and ensuring timely execution of promotional activities.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends and competition
Create and maintain content for digital platforms, including email newsletters and social media
Coordinate marketing materials and promotional items
Help organize events, trade shows, and product launches
Track campaign performance and prepare reports
Manage and update customer databases and CRM tools
Support the team with administrative tasks related to marketing projects
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design or email tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Adobe Suite)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
