We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Consumer Insights Intern (Remote opportunity).

As a Consumer Insights Intern, you will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data and trends to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, assess competitor strategies, and uncover opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for uncovering insights that drive business success. PROJECTS

• NPS & CSAT Tracker Reports - learn how to run basic customer feedback trackers and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Trend Project - Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts that may impact consumer preferences and needs. Create a compendium of both existing and
  
  

emerging trends. Source trends using reputable syndicated resources. Facilitate organization wide conversations about the trends each week. Present trends at various lunch-and-learn events.

• Sales Material Project - Consult with the sales and channel retail teams to understand what insights and ultimately slides will help them with their sell-in stories throughout the year using existing shopper data. Based on collected sales team needs, craft insight slides they can use in their pitch decks.
• Various Ad-Hoc Research Projects - Assist Consumer Insights team on various custom research projects.
  
  

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Support Director of Consumer Insights on a wide variety of research projects and tasks
• Attend key stakeholder kick-off meetings to understand key research objectives
• Design and draft surveys and discussion guides to gather feedback on key research objectives
• Provide quality checks for programmed surveys, discussion guides, raw data, and research reports.
• Attend qualitative research sessions and provide notetaking & note synthesis
• Run fundamental quantitative analyses and be comfortable working with numbers
• Analyze quant and qual data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Assist with report creation (for both qualitative and quantitative research projects) including analysis, data entry and chart/table creation in Excel/PPT or Google Slides
• Draft business recommendations based on report insights
