Are you passionate about luxury fashion and exceptional customer service? Louis Vuitton is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Client Advisor to join our team. This position is based in our Irving, Legacy 1854 campus and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with clients over the phone.
As a Client Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our clientele. This involves understanding their luxury needs, offering personalized recommendations, and building long-term relationships. You will:
Job responsibilities
Cater to a High-End Clientele: Louis Vuitton clients are discerning and expect exceptional service. You will need to anticipate their needs, demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, and handle their requests with grace and professionalism.
Provide Personalized Experiences: Building rapport and creating a personalized experience for each client is crucial. This includes understanding their individual style, preferences, and purchase history to offer tailored recommendations and create a unique shopping experience.
Handle Complex Inquiries: Clients may have complex inquiries regarding products, services, or special orders. You will need to navigate these situations with confidence and efficiency, providing accurate and timely information.
Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships is essential. This includes following up after purchases, offering personalized recommendations, and proactively addressing any concerns. Your goal is to create client loyalty and advocacy.
Meet Performance Standards: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining a client-centric approach. You are also expected to achieve qualitative performance goals such as customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty metrics.

Profile
In addition to the requirements previously mentioned, successful candidates will possess:
- Prior experience in a luxury retail environment is highly preferred. This experience will provide you with a strong understanding of the clientele and their expectations.
- A passion for fashion and luxury goods is a must. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of Louis Vuitton products, history, and craftsmanship.
- While the role emphasizes client service, a strong understanding of sales principles is essential. You will need to identify sales opportunities and effectively present products to clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are vital. You must be able to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds. Active listening and empathy are essential.
- Proficiency with various computer systems and software is required for managing client information, processing orders, and tracking inventory.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, given the international nature of the Louis Vuitton clientele.
