Location: West Palm Beach, Florida

Shift: Part Time | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Every Other Weekend)

Salary: $16.50-$17.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead fun and engaging activities including games, arts & crafts, music, and social events.
• Get to know residents and families to personalize programs to their interests and abilities.
• Foster social, emotional, and physical well-being through inclusive and stimulating activities.
• Motivate participation, ensuring every resident feels welcomed and involved.
• Provide companionship and support through one-on-one visits.
• Manage and organize activity materials, including setup and cleanup.
• Track participation and collect feedback to continuously improve programs.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Energetic, creative, and compassionate personality with a true passion for senior care.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with geriatric or adult populations preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility to meet residents’ needs.
