Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator plays an essential support role within the HR department, working directly with the HR Manager and Leadership Team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and communications. The Coordinator will assist with key HR functions, maintain compliance with policies and regulations, and contribute to the company’s culture of collaboration and growth.

Essential Functions

The Human Resources Coordinator will have several key responsibilities, including:

  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and new hire paperwork.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records in BambooHR and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Assisting with HR reporting, compliance audits, and data management.
  • Supporting employee relations efforts by maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Assisting with training and development initiatives, including coordinating sessions and tracking completion.
  • Preparing HR correspondence and documentation, including offer letters and policy updates.
  • Providing general administrative and communications support to the HR Manager and department.
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives that improve efficiency and employee experience.


Experience & Qualifications

The successful Human Resources Coordinator will bring:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in HR, recruiting, communications, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with BambooHR or other HRIS systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
