What You’ll Do

• Invoice & Payment Processing: Accurately enter and code invoices, match them with purchase orders, and process payments for everything from permits to sales tax.
• Vendor Management: Set up payments, verify credit info, and reconcile vendor statements and credit card transactions.
• Financial Documentation: Maintain vehicle records, asset tracking, DMV filings, 1099 reporting, W-9 collection, and use tax worksheets.
• QuickBooks Posting: Handle deposits, EFTs, credit card receipts, and more with precision and timeliness.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with purchasing, logistics, and other teams to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
• File & Record Keeping: Keep records updated and organized, including contracts, leases, petty cash, and more.

What You Bring

• Accounts Payable Experience: At least 5 years in AP or a related role; experience with QuickBooks is a big plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and math skills with the ability to spot and fix discrepancies.
• Financial Knowledge: Understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and vendor management practices.
• Tech Skills: Proficient in Excel and comfortable with digital systems.
• Communication: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team Player: Able to work independently but also collaborate well with others.

• Office-based: You’ll work in a professional office setting with standard equipment.
• Active Role: While not physically demanding, the role requires long periods of computer and phone use.
• No Travel Required: This position is based at our main office location.
