This role partners closely with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies aligned to business needs and to build pipelines of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring demand. The Talent Acquisition team collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full lifecycle recruiting services. Teams are aligned by business and then by type of hire, campus, experienced and Partner/Principal/Managing Director recruiting.

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for:
- Executing sourcing strategies across assigned competency areas and industry lines while serving as a subject matter expert for those areas
- Identifying prospects through multiple sourcing channels, including online engagement, and converting prospects into applicants
- Conducting initial outreach conversations and screening prospective candidates
- Partnering with Recruitment Brand and Marketing teams to tailor and post recruitment campaigns
- Maintaining prospect databases and providing pipeline reporting on sourcing activity
- Using market intelligence and research to inform Talent Acquisition strategies and advise business stakeholders

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or direct corporate sales
- Experience using sourcing tools and techniques
- Experience using applicant tracking systems
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting in a professional services or large corporate environment
- Experience using applicant tracking system, Avature
