Overview

McLaren Macomb is recruiting Gastroenterologists for an employed opportunity in Mt Clemens, Michigan.

  • Inpatient and Outpatient opportunity
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
  • 3 days in clinic, 2 procedure days/week
  • General GI: EUS and ERCP are not required
  • Clinic located in the beautiful Medical Office Building across the street from the hospital.
  • Clinic staff will include 1 MA for each physician, scheduler, front desk staff and referral specialist.
  • Cerner EMR in the clinic and hospital
  • Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified.

Facility Highlights

McLaren Macomb is a 288-bed tertiary teaching hospital located in Mount Clemens, Michigan. McLaren Macomb provides a full range of services, including cardiovascular care at the Mat Gaberty Heart Center, award winning cancer services at the Ted B. Wahby Cancer Center, comprehensive orthopedic services, and a state-of-the-art elective Surgery Center. The hospital is verified as a Level II Trauma Center and operates one of the busiest Emergency Centers in the area. McLaren Macomb is a leader in osteopathic graduate medical education and serves as a base hospital site for medical students from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and University of Medicine and Health Science. Residency programs include emergency medicine, family medicine, general surgery, internal medicine, OB/GYN, orthopedic surgery, otolaryngology-facial plastic surgery and urologic surgery. Fellowship programs include cardiology, endocrinology, and vascular surgery.

Community Living

Mount Clemens, MI, in Southeast Michigan, boasts of a genuine downtown district as the county seat of Macomb County.
