Your Role: Youth Engagement Coordinator
Pay: $29.00/hourly
Your Toolkit Should Include
- Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- 1-5 years of experience working with youth and families in community, education, or recreation settings
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
- Strong leadership, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of local social services and community resources
- Commitment to Trauma-Informed, Resilience-Oriented Care (TIROC) and DEI principles
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Recruiting and mentoring youth, volunteers, and interns
- Planning and facilitating engaging workshops and internships
- Building trust with diverse communities and stakeholders
- Keeping programs organized, documented, and impactful
- Being a connector, collaborator, and advocate for equity
