INNOCEAN USA, a full-service ad agency located in sunny Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking an Account Executive to join our Hyundai Retail Operations team!
We are a hybrid workplace, x3 days week in-office. Candidates must be local to SoCal.
The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day execution of programs and/or projects associated with the Hyundai Dealership Associate of America (HDAA) accounts, and ensuring that work is on strategy, on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for timely and accurate execution of regional/local assignments for assigned Region(s) including, but not limited to, sponsorship deliverables, and broadcast and digital offer incentive promotions.
- Follows established agency and client processes including assignment intake, scope management, and time reporting, etc.
- Responsible for management of weekly project status sheet and key work back calendars
- Acts as the liaison to our regional office, on all issues, including day-to-day operations.
- Assist in the development of client presentations as requested.
- Is knowledgeable about the brand, the products, and assigned Region’s market conditions & dynamics and competitors.
- Enforces adherence to brand and quality standards.
- Foster effective, efficient and/or innovative solutions in an effort to improve upon day-to-day processes.
- Communicates client questions and/or implement timely solutions in response to client inquiries/requests, with emphasis on follow-up
- Assist with the scheduling, arranging and coordinating of meetings as requested.
- Maintain well-organized library of assigned Region’s TV & radio executions and broadcast elements on the agency’s server and SharePoint.
- Monitor competitive activity and conduct competitive reviews/analyses as requested.
- Support Retail Account Director and Retail Group Account Director.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years’ experience as an Account Executive in a full-service ad agency.
- Knowledge of regional and dealership operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong time management, organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to balance multiple assignments and set priorities.
- Must be computer proficient with working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.

The salary range for this role is $69,000 - $73,000. Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: client, experience, training and/or transferable skills.
