Supervise and direct operation and maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, compliant operations of RNG Field and associated assets. Monitor operation, maintenance, and construction activities to ensure resources are available, projects are on schedule and in compliance with scope, gas delivery volumes are met, and budget is maintained.
What You Will Do
You have the following education and/or experience:
Include but are not limited to: Balancing, bending and stooping, climbing, crawling, carrying (up to 45 amount of pounds), grasping, kneeling, lifting (objects 45 pounds), pulling hand over hand, pushing, reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, walking, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement, grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds.

Include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into non-technical terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside area of accountability, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports
What You Will Do
- Enhance safety culture through visible safety leadership, facilitating safety meetings to ensure understanding of safety manual, and scheduling safety training for team
- Enhance stakeholder relationships by participating in various public and landfill meetings
- Develop team by understanding their objectives, skills, and opportunities for development and working with each member of your team to create an individualized development plan that benefits the employee and company
- Identify opportunities to reduce risk by evaluating risk, ranking risks, and developing treatment plans and budget to implement treatment strategy
- Provide input in establishing operating and maintenance budget for the Field team
- Improve reliability and reduce customer impact by coordinating outages and planned maintenance activities impacting throughput with the gas plant
- Improve reliability by ensuring all asset related work is tracked, documented and completed under company standards and procedures. Participating in reliability meetings to analyze system failures and upset conditions.
- Enhance emergency response preparedness by maintaining the Area Emergency Response Plan, conducting training, and facilitating emergency response drills with other Area leaders
- Collaborates with the Field Area Manager and the Region office staff to communicate company policies and procedures to employees.
- Ensures that employees are competent in required tasks by providing training and Qualification evaluation in compliance with company procedures and field manual, safety manuals, and any regulator expectations
- Functions as the SME in area of accountability, without daily direction from Area Manager, to meet objectives consistent with approved work plans and budgets
- Works directly with other Supervisors, Region Engineers and Technicians, Construction Crews, and outside contractors
- Display professionalism and respect in all interactions
- Ensure changes that impact your team are communicated so that the team understands the value of the change and how their compliance supports the company’s strategic priorities
You have the following education and/or experience:
- Related university degree and 3-plus years’ experience OR 5‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable in a public speaking environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and train field employees
- Ability to work well with others across Area and Region office.

- Demonstrated ability to lead through change
- Passion for leadership and development
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment in designated areas (Hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, hearing protection, arc flash protective clothing, etc.).
- Ability to work in hot, cold or inclement climates (outdoor conditions).
- Must be able to respond to calls 24/7 for emergency response.
- Ability to work outside of traditional business hours as needed.
