H.B. Neild is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Warehouse Foreman to join the best construction team in Southeast Texas.

Warehouse Foreman job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Driving a forklift (e.g., performing basic operations such as driving forwards, driving backwards, lifting and lowering boom, maneuvering in tight areas without damaging product, etc.)
- Working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically, etc.)
- Receive general deliveries from common carriers and ensure purchase order and packing slips are accurate.
- Maintain key and tools control utilized by other HBN employees.
- Experience working in a team environment (e.g., cooperating with co-workers, joint problem solving, etc.)
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Clear and consistent communication with internal and external partners regarding facilities maintenance problems (i.e. leaking faucets, burnt out light bulbs, etc.).
- Maintain safe work practices by following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to manage your time efficiently.
- Work well when supervisors are not present.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work.
- Basic math skills.
- High school diploma.
- 3+ years of proven leadership or supervisory / foreman role.
- 5+ years of construction experience.
- Experience using hand and power tools to construct and repair buildings.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications.
- Ability to work in high-stress conditions and quickly changing environments.
- Basic computer skills.
- Insurable driving record.
- Must be able to pass both a drug screening and background verification.
