- The CT Technologist performs routine and advanced imaging procedures, supports other technologists, and ensures smooth patient flow.
- Demonstrates flexibility by working various shifts and at different campuses as needed.
- Troubleshoots basic equipment issues, participates in QA, and manages image processing and archiving systems.
- Engages in ongoing education, safety, and technical updates within licensure scope.
- Maintains imaging competencies and adheres to organizational values, policies, and professional standards.
- Promotes staff development, supports physician satisfaction, and upholds patient confidentiality.
- Adjusts patient assessment and care to meet diverse needs and ensures compliance with regulations.
- Completes exams, manages PACS storage, and follows downtime procedures; reports equipment issues promptly.
- Requires accreditation in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, or CT, with CT certification needed within one year.
- Possesses required licenses, BLS certification, and relevant experience, preferably one year in a hospital setting.
- Work schedule is TBD; position is per diem and as needed.
