Job Overview
The VP of Training & Experience at Stretch Lab is responsible for overseeing and developing the company's training programs and overall member experience. This includes overseeing our Training & Experience department, including our Directors, Managers and Coordinators as well as hiring and developing Master Flexologists . Developing education programs and managing Flexologist onboarding. They also play a key role in the innovation of the leading Assisted Stretch brand.

Key Responsibilities
- The VP of Training & Experience is responsible for the full lifecycle of Master Flexologist, including recruitment, initial training, ongoing development, and performance management.
- They develop and implement training programs for franchise partners, ensuring consistency and quality across different regions.
- This role is heavily involved in creating and updating training materials, including Flexologist manuals, online learning platforms, and other educational resources.
- The VP of Training & Experience oversees the process of bringing new Flexologists into the system and manages their ongoing performance and development.
- They play a critical role in ensuring a positive and consistent member experience across all StretchLab locations.
- They play a critical role in the continued innovation of the leading Assisted Stretch brand.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Education, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in training, education, or member experience within the fitness, wellness, or healthcare industries.
- Proven experience developing and scaling education and training programs across multiple locations or franchises.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams, including Directors, Managers, and Coordinators.
- Experience overseeing hiring, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of specialized roles, preferably in fitness or wellness.
- Ability to influence and inspire teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and curriculum development (both in-person and digital platforms).
- Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and creating engaging, scalable educational content.
- Deep understanding of consumer experience best practices in a service or membership-based business.
- Proven ability to design and implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction, retention, and brand consistency.
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in training and experience initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align training programs with broader business goals and brand vision.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders, including franchise partners.
