Position Summary: The Vice President of Digital at KDP is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving high-impact, cross-functional digital transformation initiatives. Over the last several years digital technologies have begun playing a pivotal role in across all businesses and KDP is no exception. This role was created to lead the efforts needed to drive business changes to leverage various digital enablers to accelerate KDP’s business growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), this position is integral to helping KDP achieve its digital ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of Digital Products & Platforms: Lead and manage a portfolio of digital products/projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. This will be including leading from idea inception through the entire digital product lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business unit leaders and functional executives to understand needs, set priorities, and drive digital priorities. This will also include extensive interactions and collaboration with peers across KDP Tech.
- Ensure Teams are Following the KDP Tech Product Operating Model for Assigned Portfolios: Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure effective oversight and management of digital products in assigned portfolios.
- Drive Value Creation and Realization: Digital Transformation at KDP is anchored in delivering a positive ROI across the work. The VP will be responsible for working with business stakeholders to align expected value and impacts on revenue and costs.
- Ensure Alignment of Digital and Business Goals/Strategies: KDP’s digital goals need to be consistently aligned with its business strategy and the incumbent will be responsible for the matching digital side of this equation. It is critical that most of the digital initiatives deliver outsize value.
- Champion All Things Digital at KDP: Digital technologies are occupying a more and more important role in KDP’s ability to achieve its business goals. Expectation is that the incumbent will advocate for Digital to help KDP gain a market advantage.

Education Requirements:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Preferred: MBA or similar advanced degree.
- Extensive background in digital transformation at Fortune 500-scale organizations ideally in the food and beverage spaces.
- Deep experience in leveraging new technologies at scale to drive business value
- Experience leading teams and team of teams in a product focused operating model environment.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale programs and projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience in consumer goods (CPG), ideally in the food/beverage segments.
- Familiarity with both agile and traditional project delivery models.
- International experience
- Location: Based in Frisco, TX
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required to meet with stakeholders, vendors and visit company locations.
- Program/Product Management: Expertise in managing complex digital programs/products following Agile, Scrum and similar methodologies. Experience should include
- Executive Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and stakeholders across all mediums. This also includes being able represent the company at industry events.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in engaging and managing relationships with key stakeholders to drive planning
- Innovation: Drive and foster a culture of innovation within KDP Tech and across KDP that encourages the exploration and implementation of new technologies and methodologies.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align digital initiatives with the broader KDP goals, ensuring they contribute to organizational success.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high-performance and deliver results.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement strategies to support digital transformation and ensure smooth transitions.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial principles and the ability to manage large budgets, forecast costs and ensure financial accountability for digital products/projects.
- Consumer Orientation: KDP’s business relies on building a deep understanding of our consumers – this role will be leading teams that work to make that a reality.
