Vehicle/Equipment Wash & Detail Crew / Landscape Laborer - Chauffeur's license required

We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscape & Vehicle/Equipment Care Crew Member to support our operations in Pontiac, MI. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a top-tier commercial landscaping company.

Landscaping Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
• Assist with planting, mulching, weeding, and seasonal clean-up.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
• Support landscape enhancement or installation projects as needed.
  
  

Vehicle & Equipment Washing And Detailing Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and detail trucks, trailers, mowers, and small engine tools.
• Use pressure washers, degreasers, vacuums, and other detailing tools.
• Perform basic inspections and report any maintenance needs or damage.
• Keep the wash/detail area clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report restocking needs.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail—especially when caring for our fleet and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with the Chauffeur's endorsement (Chauffeur's license) is REQUIRED for this position.
• Previous landscaping is a Plus but previous vehicle cleaning/detailing experience is a MUST!
  
  

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have

• Minimum 6 months of experience with Vehicle Washing & Detail Experience
• Small engine, 2 cycle experience
• Minimum 6 months of experience with basic truck and vehicle maintenance and repair
• Minimum 6 months of experience with basic landscape labor tasks
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Welding experience
