- Assisting surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment
- Ensuring proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments
- Monitoring patient safety and comfort throughout surgeries
- Documenting procedures and maintaining accurate records
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and instrumentation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Certification as a Surgical Tech required
