This position is in the central payroll team of Human Capital Management and is responsible for agency support, functional and technical services for the Workday@OK system. This includes coordination of requests for services, training or assisting users, responding to problems, and coordinating with operations or technical staff to effect solutions or enhance system performance.

- Salary up to: $74,992.00 based on education and experience.

This includes coordination of requests for services, training or assisting users, responding to problems, and coordinating with operations or technical staff to effect solutions or enhance system performance.
Responsibilities
- Working knowledge of Workday time, absence, and payroll to effectively assist users, troubleshoot issues, provide guidance and solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the Oklahoma Personnel Administration Rules.
- Support agencies in their processing, reviewing their results and advising on corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot system problems by reviewing output, reports, service requests, and other documentation.
- Consult with users to identify processing requirements or problems and evaluate current procedures and processes.
- Proactively and independently develop solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative processes. Validate results by testing and transferring knowledge to team members and users.
- Review and evaluate published Workday documentation concerning changes in system processes and performance, providing feedback on new features and enhancements.
- This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the workday.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually mild.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, human resources, or closely related field; or
- Five (5) years of payroll experience; or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-4 years of Workday experience preferred, with emphasis on time and absence.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
