This Role Will Be Responsible For:

  • Assisting in the development and administration of the Risk Management Program.
  • Documenting process flows and identifying associated risks and controls.
  • Conducting independent analyses to enhance risk mitigation efforts.
  • Supporting the review and documentation process for Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).
  • Assisting with Model Risk Management Program documentation and reviews.
  • Contributing to sustainability analysis and the preparation of the Sustainability Report.
  • Preparing for increased regulatory requirements related to growth beyond $10 billion.
  • Reorganizing policies, procedures, guidelines, and programs within internal systems.
  • Performing additional risk-related duties as assigned.

  • Prior experience in a risk role at a financial institution.

  • Effective communication and technology skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving regulatory environment.
